About the Company
After founder Horace Whittington retired in 1991, Rusty
Whittington took over as President and CEO with the help of Jan
Tucker and Gayelynn Oyler.
Jan, Rusty’s mother, and Gayelynn, Horace’s daughter, have
been an integral part of Whittington Paving’s operations for over
fifteen years.
At Whittington Paving, we take pride in the quality of our
work. We are a
family-owned and operated business with over 35 years of experience
in asphalt paving.
Throughout the years, we have appreciated the opportunity to serve
the Mid-South.
